Where We Ship

Holy Shilajit currently ships to all U.S. states and territories.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take an extra day.

Shipping Times

Estimated transit times vary by carrier and location, but typical U.S. shipping windows are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50

• Orders under $50 will see calculated rates at checkout based on location and weight.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address Issues & Delivery Problems

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed—additional postage may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If anything arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and photo. We’ll take care of it right away.
